Do I need to be present for pickup or delivery?
No. Our lockers are secure with electronic locks so there is no need to schedule a time to meet a Washed Again team member.
Are there certain hours of the day I am limited to drop off?
Orders can be made at any time a locker is available, but any order made after 4:00pm Monday-Friday will be processed on the next business day pickup.
How long does it take to get my clothes back?
Our target turnaround time is 24 hours, but late or weekend pickups could delay this and updates will be given.
What should I bag my laundry with?
First time users should start with a standard kitchen size garbage bag, your clean clothes will be returned in a new reusable Washed Again bag for future use.
Are weighted comforters able to be cleaned?
Yes, depending on the size and weight. Please contact us before sending to confirm.
Can I add regular clothes to my bedding bag?
No, please send clothing in a separate standard bag.
If I have clothing that requires hanging or special washing needs can Washed Again accommodate?
As long as we are made aware of your special needs ahead of time, we will do everything we can to make it work.
Do you vary the wash types depending on the clothing type?
We wash everything in a normal wash setting in cold water.
Does Washed Again press shirts and slacks?
No, we are a wash and fold company that does not have this service at this time.
What type of detergent is used?
We use a natural based detergent that is biodegradable and phosphorus free. You can choose between fresh scent or unscented.
