We use a natural based detergent that is biodegradable and phosphorus free. You can choose between fresh scent or unscented.
Each bag is washed as one load.
If our delivery driver is still out picking up bags, we will make every attempt to come back for the forgotten bag. If they are done already it would need to be rescheduled for the next available time.
Yes. We will not be able to accept excessively muddy, greasy, or pet hair covered items. Materials with bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, diarrhea, etc. are also not accepted.
